Why isn’t my custom domain working?

If your custom domain isn’t working in Feedlo, don’t worry — it’s usually a simple setup issue. Here are the most common reasons and how to fix them:

1. CNAME Record Not Added Correctly

When adding a custom domain in Feedlo, you need to create a CNAME record pointing to:

share.feedlo.io

  • Double-check that the record is active in your DNS provider (like Cloudflare, GoDaddy, or Namecheap).
  • It may take up to 24 hours for DNS changes to propagate, though usually it’s much faster.

2. Wrong Domain Entered in Feedlo

After adding the CNAME record, make sure you entered the exact domain in Feedlo.
✅ Example: share.my-domain.io
❌ Avoid entering https:// or paths like /page.

3. DNS Still Propagating

Sometimes, even if everything is correct, DNS may still be updating. You can check if your domain is pointing correctly using a tool like DNSChecker.

4. SSL Certificate Not Ready

When you add a new domain, Feedlo automatically issues an SSL certificate. This can take a few minutes to activate. If you just added your domain, wait a little and refresh.
